The Indiana University Foundation has implemented commercially reasonable technical and appropriate organizational measures to help us keep your personally identifiable information secure, accurate, current and complete. When any of our forms ask you to submit personally identifiable information, that information is encrypted when it is sent from your browser to our server, using industry standard methods. This industry standard encryption is called Secure Socket Layer or SLL encryption. Your browser will notify you that it is using this SSL encryption by placing a lock symbol at the bottom of your screen.

Any information that you submit to our web site is removed to off-line storage within one business day. Once off our web site, we take additional precautions to protect your data in our access-restricted offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task are granted access to personally identifiable information. All personally identifiable information is stored on secured, off-line (non-web accessible) computers.

Your gift through Electronic Funds transfer (EFT) is a win-win for you. It is a convenient, easy way to support Indiana University. At the same time, gift processing costs are reduced so your gift achieves more.

When you enroll, you gift will automatically transfer from your checking account or billed to your credit card. All gifts are processes around the 15th of each month and will appear on your checking account or credit card statement.

You may change or cancel you gifts at any time by notifying us of the change in writing.

You can also maximize your donation with a matching gift. Ask you employer to meet or exceed your contribution. Speak with your human resource representative for more information.
